Frequent VPN Questions
Parallel Connections
We allow up to 10 concurrent devices, on either protocols. You should not reuse the same WireGuard key on multiple devices.
(no) Port Forwarding, (no) Dedicated Addresses
We cannot offer port forwarding or dedicated IP addresses at the time. It may be added in the future.
SMTP on port 25
TCP port 25 is blocked on all servers to limit the spread of spam. We recommand you switch to ports 465 or 587, and use TLS.
'No P2P' Servers
Some locations and hosting providers require us to be more strict. On those, if you connect to a known public BitTorrent tracker, you will be disconnected and temporarily banned from that server.
